Q1: What is Virgin Hair?

Q2: Can I dye it to other color and make other style?

A: Yes, our hairs are 100% human hairs can be dyed, bleached and permed. However, frequently dyed and permed will do harm on hairs, even destroy hairs. Please do not do this frequently.


Q3: Why Are My Hair Extensions Getting Tangle ?

A: Your Hair Extensions can tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing ( wide tooth comb ) out your hair daily Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for nore help.


Q4: Why Are My Hair Extensions Getting Shedding ?

A: Firstly, please running the with your fingers or Wide-toothed gently, to prevent the shedding. For curly hair, please don’t use the comb.Secondly, After wash please nurse the hair with some hair oil, then the hair will be silk and soft. 1.After washing the hair, please nurse With some hair oil, then the hair will Be silky and soft. 2.Choose the wide-toothed comb; comb it gently, so as to prevent shedding. 3.Too much heat may damage the hair.


Q5: Could The Hair Be Dyed And Lron-flat ?

A: It is virgin hair, so could be dyed and iron-flat, iron flat plz don’t exceed 150C, or the hair will be destroyed. Also the hair will come back to its natural wavy after you wash it or iron-flat.


Q6: How long does it last?

A: The Hair Can Last for a Very Long time depending on how you maintain it,Take very good care of it for lasting longer, If not treated with respect they will need to be replaced weave three-six months,The more you look affter them,The longer they will last.
